Ashta Vinayaka Darshan
Ashtavinayaka Darshan means, a pilgrimage to the 8 Ganesha temples in Maharashtra state in India. The ancient eight holy places of Lord Ganesha is called Ashtavinayaka yatra. All the eight Ashtavinayak Temples are Swayambhu(self-originated) and Jagrut. The eight different names of Lord Ganesh are Moreshwar, Mahaganpati, Chintamani, Girijatmak, Vighneshwar, Siddhivinayak, Ballaleshwar and Varad Vinayak. These Temples are situated at Morgaon, Ranjangaon, Theur, Lenyadri, Ojhar, Siddhatek, Pali and Mahad. Of the 8 Ashtavinayakas, 6 are in Pune district and 2 in Raigad district. These eight temples are situated in Ahmednagar, Raigad and Pune district of Maharashtra state.
